When I was in high school and college I had to work SO hard at my weight and it was such a drag all the time! Counting calories, eating low-fat, exercising as much as 2 hours a day AND I was never truly happy with my weight; always struggling to lose those 5, 10 or 15 pounds. Ugghhh! Now I'm 37 and I've had two 9+ pound babies and I weigh LESS than I did in high school or college (it's hard to believe I'm actually a size 6/8) and sometimes I exercise, sometimes I don't. (It's just impossible to be too hard core about exercise when you've got a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old at home.) Not only that, I feel SO much healthier and happier!
